RETURNS & EXCHANGE
At Sqora, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know.
To request a refund or exchange, reach out to us on Instagram @sqora.eg or via WhatsApp/phone at [01225291197], and we'll take it from there.
REFUND
Refund Policy
Step 1: Request a Refund
- Message us on Instagram or by phone to start your refund request.
- A courier will be arranged to pick up your item(s).
- A first inspection will be done via video. (This step does not qualify you for a refund yet.)
Step 2: Return Processing
- We must first receive your order back at our warehouse.
- This process may take up to 7 days.
- Once received, all items will be carefully inspected. (This is the step that determines whether your refund request is accepted or not.)
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- In perfect condition
- With original labels/tags attached
- Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
- In the original packaging
Step 3: Refund Issuance
- After inspection, it may take up to 7 days to finalize the process.
- Refunds are issued via InstaPay only.
- Refunds will only be approved if all conditions above are fully met.
If your refund is not accepted, you will have two options:
- Have the item returned to you (shipping fees apply).
- Allow us to keep the item permanently.
EXCHANGE
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. To request an exchange, message us on Instagram @sqora.eg or by phone at [01225291197].
Items must be in the same condition as received:
- In its original package
- Unworn
- Tags on
- No stains
Please note:
- Returns & exchanges will require paying shipping fees.
- Items that are damaged will not be accepted.
