At Sqora, we want you to feel confident and happy with every order. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below:

UPON DELIVERY
Orders can be opened and inspected upon arrival. You may either accept or refuse the order in full at the time of delivery. Partial returns or partial refusals are not accepted during delivery.

AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date by submitting a request through the Return & Exchange form available on our website. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging and tags intact.

SHIPPING FEES
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order — including the wrong size, color, or style — we will cover all return or exchange shipping fees. For all other requests, including size exchanges, color exchanges, or preference-based returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Refunds are processed after the returned items pass inspection. Please allow 3–5 business days for returns or exchanges to be completed after receiving the package.
